Return conditions:

1. Do not wash the garment.
2. Do not wear clothing other than to try it.
3. Leave the label on the garment.
4. Contact us within 10 days after the reception of the merchandise.
5. Try the new underwear over your own underwear and sign the Hygiene
guarantee coupon.
6. Important: To make a return, keep the original packaging, original barcode
and invoice number. You must present it to the Post Office when sending back.

Size Guarantee:
We know it is always risky to buy an online garment when he has not been tried.
It's why Respecterre offers a Size Guarantee.
1. The garment does not fit, you would need a larger or smaller size.
2. Write to contact@respecterre.com or call 888-544-2292 to let us know
     the item you wish to return. We will then give a return code to use at Canada Post
to cover the cost of return. Important: if you return the package without notifying
us and without return code, we will not refund the costs you have disbursed.

4. Present yourself to the nearest post office and say that you have a return code.

5. Upon receipt of your package, we will send the desired size for free.

Final sale for discounted items:
1. All items at 50% discount or more are final sale.
2. Size of Guarantee doesn't apply.

Damaged or garment manufacturing defect:
If the item we sent you has a manufacturing defect or other damage:
1. Write to contact@respecterre.com with a photo and description of defects or damage.
2. We will refund or send us clothing of your choice equivalent value.
3. We may ask you to return or keep the damaged garment.
4. We rely on your honesty to give us truthful information.

Return for refund:
For returns for refund, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
1. Fill the grid at the bottom of this sheet and include it in the return package.

3. Upon receipt of your package, we will refund the value of the clothing (+ taxes) by
means you have chosen for the initial transaction (PayPal or credit card with
Desjardins). It may take up to 5 working days (after refund) before seeing the amount
on your statement.
